- All apartments have washing facilities
- Beachside locations available on Townsville's award winning Strand
- Beachside locations feature beautiful sea views (subject to availability)
- Clean, freshly refurbished and comfortable rooms
- Your choice of a variety of locations around Townsville depending on your needs
- Price includes all electricity used
CAS Australia does not lock tenants into frustrating contracts. We use a very simple 'pay as you go' structure, asking for the week's rent upfront. The tenant can move out at any time on short notice.
The process:
- Call our office on (07) 47215507 and make a time to inspect our rooms.
- Meet with us to inspect your room & complete required paperwork.
- Once a booking has been made, a week's payment (plus $20 key deposit) has been received, and the appropriate paperwork has been completed, you may move into your accommodation.
